Wedding Ceremony
This is the most important part of your wedding day. We have three stunning rooms licensed for ceremonies. These beautiful rooms provide an elegant setting for this special time.
The ceremony normally takes place in the same room as the wedding breakfast. On completion of the ceremony, our banqueting team will prepare the room for the meal while your photographer organises the photos and your guests are served reception drinks. The timing of this is crucial to the planning of the rest of the day. Before you book your time with the registrar, we advise you to meet our Wedding Team who will discuss the running order of your day to ensure all of your day runs seamlessly.
The maximum numbers for the ceremony are: Music Room: 95 Gilberts Restaurant: 60 Drawing Room: 40
PLEASE NOTE: The booking of the ceremony is not something the hotel can undertake on your behalf. The above timings are guidelines only. Other timings are available and these are subject to the Registrar and hotel availability. The hotel charges £200 for your civil ceremony, when booking a package.
Civil Ceremony Only
Should you have your wedding reception already in mind but wish to have your Civil Ceremony in one of our beautiful banqueting suites you may want to consider our Ceremony only packages.

Outdoor Civil Ceremony
We are hoping to be licensed for outdoor ceremonies in our stunning rose garden in the near future. We will keep you informed.
