What to consider when Planning

We recognise that this is one of the most important days of your lives. The team at the hotel has a wealth of experience and can advise and help create a day tailored to your requirements.

We will assist you every step of the way, whether you are looking to host your full day from ceremony to last dance, a post wedding event or a ceremony with photos.

It’s important to consider the timings of your day from the outset. This allows for all of the important events of the day to run smoothly together. Below you will see some suggested timings.

Within the event room information, you will find minimum and maximum numbers for the various event rooms.

Once you have considered the numbers and timings then it’s time to consider the refreshments food, décor and entertainment.

We offer packages that cover just the ceremony, a day of celebrations including the ceremony or simple after wedding parties. All details including pricing can be found below in packages & pricing.

We can of course tailor pricing and menus, creating a bespoke package to suit all your requirements. Please see below for suggested timings, links to pricing and event rooms information.

Timings

We propose the following for a full day event:

  • 1:00 PM Ceremony: Should you be getting married in a Church or venue nearby you will need to consider the length of your service and travel time. Should you wish to get married at the hotel you would need to contact Harrow Registry office for pricing and availability.
  • 1.30 – 3.00 PM: Reception Drinks, Canapés and Photos in the grounds.
  • 3.00 – 5.30 PM: Wedding Breakfast. We say to allow 2.5 – 3 hours for a three-course menu and speeches.
  • 7:00 PM: Once the meal and speeches are over, should you be having an evening reception you will of course need to allow for your entertainment to set up. This is a great time to meet extra guests in the bar, take some air in the gardens or refresh in one of the bedrooms.
  • 12:00 PM: Depart or retire to one of our beautiful rooms.
  • On a Friday and Saturday evening you can party away until midnight.
  • On a Sunday – Thursday you can go through to 11pm.
  • Other timings are available, please don’t hesitate to ask for a recommendation for your day.
