Monday to Saturday: 11am – 11pm / Sunday: 11am – 10:30pm

The Grim’s Dyke has built a sizeable reputation for its collection of over 40 blends and single malt whiskies, making the Library Bar a popular meeting place for local whisky connoisseurs.

So we thought it entirely appropriate to source two very special malts bearing Sir William’s name to sell at the hotel plus an equally special blend named after one of Gilbert & Sullivan’s best known operas! All three whiskies are from the renowned whisky distilling area of Speyside in north-east Scotland, home of famous single malts such as Glenlivet, Glenfiddich, Macallan and Glenfarclas.

Our Library Bar offers light bites, sandwiches and cakes. These change daily so pop in to find out what is available!
