As whispers of dark doings echo through Morlington Hill, Edward Planctum, the village’s excitable plumber is discovered upstairs at the Count and Countess’s lodge, stone cold dead with a wooden stake driven through his heart. 

For weeks he’d been muttering that blood-sucking fiends walked among the villagers..and that he had proof. Now he’s gone, silenced before he could reveal his secrets.

Lord Lionel Pogley has been shot twice through the heart with an Enfield number two British service pistol revolver on platform two leaving nothing behind but a crumpled, anonymous note that rattled him moments before his death. With only a flustered station master, a valiant young fiancé to the Honourable Pippa Pogley and a message from an unknown hand, it falls to you to untangle the mystery.

Twelve deaths in twelve days have cast a grim shadow over Christmas, each victim chillingly echoing a festive carol, starting with Drummond Drumlin and Lord Lepping. As Goldie Ring and Carol Bird join the mounting list of corpses, it’s up to you to discover whether one twisted killer is orchestrating this deadly holiday melody..and who will be next.
