Wedding Breakfast

All of our packages include a choice of menus. These are available from our Wedding Team. Our menus are created in house using fresh ingredients. Our Head Chef and Pastry Chef have both come from Michelin backgrounds and the hotel has an excellent reputation for food.

The menus are compiled with dishes that have been tried and tested in our restaurant. We are confident they will work for you. However if you have a favourite dish or would like us to adapt any of the dishes to suit your specific taste please ask and we will be more than happy to discuss your requests.

We are also happy to offer you a complimentary tasting so that you are fully happy with food you have chosen.**

*Menus online and in our brochure are sample menus. We change and adapt our menus throughout the year. Please ask for our current menus when making your choices.
**Tasting is based on two people. We can only offer tastings on a limited number of items.

Allergies and Special Diet Requirements
We are aware that your guests may have dietary requirements and/or be allergic to certain foods. At the hotel we treat both dietary requirements and allergens with a high level of importance. It is down to the client to inform us of any allergens or dietary requirements in good time prior to the event so that we can make adequate preparations to deal with these needs. If we believe that the request (or requests) made in relation to this are such that we feel we cannot deal with this competently, we reserve the right to refuse the requests or restrict requests to a level that we can deal with effectively.
