We have the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of meetings. Whether you are looking for a business meeting, large conference or a more relaxed team-building session, you will find a package to match.
Our rooms all have lots of natural light, and our grounds provide a great space for team building and a tranquil environment. Available Monday- Friday, from 7.30am-6pm. All conferences include complimentary Wi-Fi & complimentary on-site parking
Day Delegate Rates
£55 per person
Day Delegate Rate Includes: 8 hour room hire.
On Arrival: Selection of teas/fresh coffee and croissants.
Morning Break: Selection of teas/fresh coffee and homemade biscuits.
Lunch: Working lunch buffet served in your meeting room (restaurant two-course lunch option available; £9.95pp supplement).
Afternoon Break: tea/coffee and homemade biscuits.
Also included: Mineral water and stationary.

Small Conferences (under 15 delegates)
2-5 delegates: from £300 – 4 hours room hire, tea & coffee with homemade biscuits, restaurant main course
6-9 delegates: from £500 – 4 hours room hire, tea & coffee with homemade biscuits, restaurant main course
10-15 delegates: from £900 – 4 hours room hire, tea & coffee with homemade biscuits, working lunch buffet

3 hours room hire (between 07.00-11.00), tea, coffee & fruit juice, breakfast buffet
10- 15 delegates: £25 per person
16-25 delegates: £22.50 per person
26-40 delegates: £20 per person

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements
We are aware that your guests may have dietary requirements and/or be allergic to certain foods. At the hotel we treat both dietary requirements and allergens with a high level of importance. It is down to the client to inform us of any allergens or dietary requirements in good time prior to the event so that we can make adequate preparations to deal with these needs. If we believe that the request (or requests) made in relation to this are such that we feel we cannot deal with this competently, we reserve the right to refuse the requests or restrict requests to a level that we can deal with effectively.
