The Grim’s Dyke Hotel are proud to host a new series of Jazz nights featuring the JusVibes Trio. The new Jazz night soirees were officially launched on the 18th of May, however you still have time to enjoy the unique sounds of JusVibes, as there will be a Jazz Night each month during June, July and August (for exact dates, please see ‘Further Information’ below).
Continuing a long-held tradition
The Trio will be following a long-held tradition of Grim’s Dyke, performing in the Music Room. This recently refurbished room, with its beautiful vaulted ceiling and original minstrel’s gallery, is where the illustrious former owner W.S. Gilbert used to work and entertain his friends.
JusVibes
JusVibes Trio is a unique Jazz outfit based in London. Unlike a classic Jazz band, they play a great mix of hits and well-known songs – including a mixture of cheerful and danceable Swing, Blues, Soul, Brazilian, Cuban and world music. Each song is tastefully performed and specially re-arranged to give the audience a truly unique experience.
The Trio comprises of guitar player and composer Stefanos Tsourelis, bassist Adolfredo Pulido and drummer (Jose) Chema Sacristan.
Stefanos Tsourelis
Based in London, Stefanos can makes the switch from Jazz to Blues, Funk and Soul look and sound easy! His repertoire includes Jazz standards, soul and blues classics, promising an exciting performance.
Adolfredo Pulido
Venezuelan born Adolfredo studied at Berklee College in Boston, USA – the most prestigious music school in the world. He moved to London after completing his studies and provides a soundbeat enriched with Latin American, Brazilian and Cuban flavours – making him one of the most demanded bassist around.
(Jose) Chema Sacristan
Chema studied a music performance degree at LCM and has a passion for all world music or any kind. He is one of the most active Jazz and World music drummers in London. Chema is an all rounded drummer, able to comfortably blend Jazz and Soul with Brazilian, Flamenco, African and Cuban rhythms and always from a very danceable and groovy perspective.

Tickets for these Jazz Nights are just £5 per person and include a drink. All performances will be in the Music Room.
